Bloom is inspired by Country in flower those pops of colour that appear across the landscape and the beauty you find when you stop long enough to actually notice them.
The design layers soft lilac with metallic gold, cut into loose, organic shapes that fall over each other like petals. I wanted them to feel natural rather than perfect or symmetrical because Country doesn’t work in perfect lines either.
Made from Australian kangaroo leather, Bloom brings together my love of creating with natural materials, colour and shapes inspired by Country.
They’re soft, bold and a little unexpected and that gold catches the light beautifully when they move.
