Processing Times
As each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully packed, please allow **3–7 business days** for your order to be dispatched unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
If you require your order by a specific date, please get in touch **before placing your order** and we'll let you know if we can meet your timeframe. Please note that selecting **Express Post** speeds up the shipping service only and does **not** reduce our processing time.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order. Standard and Express Post options are available where applicable.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is now available.
Orders are generally ready for collection within **1–2 business days**. You'll receive an email with collection details once your order is ready.
Please wait until you've received your pickup notification before arriving.
International Orders
We happily ship internationally.
As shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order, **please contact us before placing your order** so we can provide an accurate postage quote.
Please note:
* Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
* Delivery timeframes vary by country and are outside of our control once your parcel has been dispatched.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery is managed by them.
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be missing, we recommend contacting Australia Post using your tracking number, as they can provide the most up-to-date information.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel.
If a parcel is returned to us, additional postage costs will apply before it can be resent.
Returns & Exchanges
As our products are handmade and many items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This also applies to pre-order items that have been created especially for you.
We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.
